David Hardy

David Hardy is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Vice President at Avila Real Estate Capital since January 2023 and at Encore Capital Management since June 2015. Previously, David held the position of Forward Planner at KB Home from April 2013 to June 2015 and worked as a Planning Assistant for the City of El Cajon from November 2011 to April 2013. Academically, David earned a Master's degree in City Planning from San Diego State University (2010-2012) and a Bachelor's degree in Geography with a focus on GIS from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona (2008-2010). Currently, David is pursuing a certificate in Real Estate Finance, Investments, and Development at the University of San Diego.
