Jens Berckmans

Jens Berckmans has a diverse work experience with roles in various industries. In 2012, they began working as an Office Assistant at Keune Haircosmetics until 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Van der Valk Hotel Brussels Airport, starting as a Front Desk employee and later becoming a Front Office Shift Leader. During this time, they were also recognized as the Employee of the Year. In 2016, Jens joined Brussels Airlines as Cabin Crew. Jens underwent Cabin Crew Initial Training from January to March 2016 and then continued in the role until April 2022. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Aviobook as a Junior Quality Engineer.

Jens Berckmans completed their Reception & Public Relations degree at Coloma from 2008 to 2010. Jens then pursued a degree in Public Relations with a focus on Intercultural Relations Management at Lessius Hogeschool Mechelen, graduating in 2010. Prior to that, Jens studied Accounting at Zavo Zaventem from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in "Feedback geven en ontvangen" from Expert Academy in October 2022 and in ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board, also in October 2022.
