Jacqueline Ketchum has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Jacqueline started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Jacobs Vehicle Systems, where they were responsible for designing and testing an air bleed system for a valve actuation brake. Jacqueline also worked at Carrier Transicold as an Engineer and Technical Manual Specialist, collaborating with different departments to provide technical support and lead new product engineering teams.
After their time in the private sector, Jacqueline transitioned to the US Navy, where they held several senior executive and project management roles. Jacqueline served as an Executive Officer and Commanding Officer in different Navy units, overseeing operations, training, and mission execution. Jacqueline was responsible for managing budgets, coordinating personnel, and establishing policies and procedures.
Jacqueline also worked at Avion Solutions, Inc. as a Senior Engineer, where they participated in program and design reviews and provided recommendations on aircraft systems and airworthiness requirements. Jacqueline additionally gained experience at the U.S. Customs and Border Protection as an Aviation Enforcement Agent, P-3 Sensor Operator, and Project Coordinator, coordinating and conducting law enforcement operations.
Finally, Jacqueline worked as a Project Manager at Bognet Construction, where they evaluated and modified commercial construction projects and collaborated with various specialists. Throughout their career, Jacqueline has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to optimize processes and achieve mission objectives.
Jacqueline Ketchum has a diverse education history. Jacqueline earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering from the University of Hartford. Jacqueline later pursued a Master's Degree in Architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, which they obtained between 2010 and 2013. Recently, they have been attending Texas A&M University-Kingsville, where they are completing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Chemical Engineering. Simultaneously, they are also pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Naval Postgraduate School, which is expected to be completed between 2020 and 2022.
