James Sear is the CEO & Co-founder of Avion, an app that visualizes product planning and software building. Previously, James worked as a Technical Architect and Senior Developer at MMT Digital, a Software Engineer at comparethemarket.com, and Lead UI Designer at ATTB. James's experience also includes roles as a Web Designer/Developer at BLM and freelancing. James has a degree in Music Composition & Professional Practice from Coventry University.
