Sarah Mancini

Sarah Mancini has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Sarah started their career as an Assistant to the Director at V. Fiume dental wholesaler in 1997, followed by working as an Office Manager and PA to the Directors at Italy China International from 1997 to 1999. Sarah then worked as a Reservations Agent at Alitalia Compagnia Aerea Italiana SpA in 1999 before moving on to Easy Life, where they worked as an Instructor of English from 1999 to 2000. Sarah also worked as a PA to the Manager of Ops Dept at Kuwait Petroleum Italia in 2000. Sarah joined SriLankan Airlines Official as a Reservations and Ticketing Agent in 2000, followed by working at Airconsult as an Operations Dept Agent from 2001 to 2002. Sarah then joined Malaysia Airlines and held various roles such as Assistant to Area Manager, Inside Sales, and Passenger Sales Representative, from 2002 to 2012. From 2012 to 2013, Sarah worked as a Senior Airport Services Agent at Qatar Airways. Sarah then joined Avis Budget Group in 2014, where they held positions such as Station Manager, Sales Performance Manager, and Lead Manager Ancillary Sales & Service Delivery Center & South of Italy. Overall, Sarah has experience in leadership, sales, customer service, operations, and marketing roles in the aviation, travel, and transportation industries.

Sarah Mancini obtained a Laurea in lingue e letterature straniere from Università degli studi Roma TRE. Sarah later pursued a Master in Event Planning, Communication and Marketing from Ieros Management. In the future, they plan to complete a Master in Business English at Centro Europeo di Studi Manageriali.
