An Le has a strong background in product management and delivery within the financial industry. In their most recent role as Head of Product Delivery at Aviso Wealth, they were responsible for managing product strategy and execution across digital platforms. They successfully developed and implemented a product roadmap that significantly improved company performance. They also cultivated a cross-functional work environment and consistently delivered high-quality projects that exceeded stakeholder expectations.

Prior to their role at Aviso Wealth, An Le held the position of Director of Product Management at Qtrade Financial Group, where they provided strategic leadership and oversaw multiple cross-functional agile delivery teams. They played a vital role in the successful merger of three platforms and pioneered Data Analytics dashboards that provided valuable insights into platform performance.
