Rachelle Humphrey

Rachelle Humphrey, EEP, has extensive experience in energy efficiency program management, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Avista since May 2008, leading initiatives that support commercial/industrial and residential energy savings while fulfilling state regulatory requirements. Prior roles at Avista included Program Manager II, focusing on residential and commercial energy efficiency, and Program Manager I, handling residential efficiency programs. Rachelle began their career at Windermere Services as an Administrative Assistant. Rachelle graduated from the University of Washington in 2008 with a BA in Political Science and Sociology, and a minor in Law Societies and Justice, after attending Mead Senior High School.
