Kendra Apelt

Kendra Apelt has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Kendra began their career as a Project Manager in Architecture and Construction at TRK Architecture & Facilities Management in 2000 and continued in this role until 2006. From 2006 to 2010, they served as a Project Manager at HTG Architects, specializing in Architecture and Construction. In 2010, they transitioned to NorthMarq as a Construction Project Manager for a year. Following this, Kendra worked as the Director of Resource Management at Graybow Communications Group from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they joined AVI Systems as the Director of Business Applications. Finally, in 2017, they took on a new challenge as a Firefighter and EMT at the City of Chaska.

Kendra Apelt obtained a Bachelor of Architecture degree from North Dakota State University from 1996 to 2000, specializing in the field of Architecture. Kendra also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Design from the same university during the same period. Prior to their university education, Kendra attended West Central Area High School. In addition to their academic achievements, Kendra has obtained several certifications, including Blue Card Incident Command Certification from B Shifter in February 2021, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians in 2020, and Fire Apparatus Driver Operator certification from the Minnesota Fire Service Certification Board in 2019. Kendra also holds certifications in various project management and technology fields from organizations such as Lynda.com, InfoComm International, and the Project Management Institute.
