Jenna Byars

Developmental Disability Professional at Avita Community Partners

Jenna Byars is a seasoned professional in the field of developmental disabilities and education, currently serving as a Developmental Disability Professional at Avita Community Partners since May 2014, where responsibilities include facilitating Individual Support Plan (ISP) meetings and scheduling Supports Intensity Scale (SIS) meetings. Jenna has been a teacher at Primrose Schools since September 2012 and previously worked as a Behavioral Health Technician at ABA Academy from March 2017 to March 2020, applying behavior analysis to enhance adaptive learning skills. Earlier experience includes a teaching role at Children's Therapy Works, overseeing a team to support developmentally disabled and behaviorally challenged children, and as a Behavioral Therapist at Southern Behavioral Group, providing therapy to children on the autism spectrum.
