Alex Reed completed an Associate Degree in Applied Business with a focus in Computer Networking from Marion Technical College in 2000-2002. In 2009-2011, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Later, in 2016-2017, they earned a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Franklin University. Additionally, they obtained certifications in CCNA and CCNA Security from Cisco Systems in 2006 and 2009 respectively.
