Ed Allison

Ed Allison is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce transformation and business management. Currently serving as Business Manager to the Chief People Officer and Senior Workforce Transformation Consultant at Aviva since May 2020, Ed focuses on operating model design and the future needs of customers and organizations. Prior to this role, Ed held positions at EY, managing performance improvement projects across financial services, and played roles in research and analysis at International Business Research, JWT, MEC, and Mindshare. Ed holds a BSc (Hons) in International Business, Finance, and Economics from The University of Manchester.
