Ronan Long

Ronan Long is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and operations management. Currently serving as Head of Infrastructure and Operations at Aviva since June 2018, Ronan has previously held key roles such as IT Operations Manager at Friends First and Project Manager in various organizations, including System Dynamics and Norwich Union International. Expertise includes IT infrastructure design, implementation of information security policies, service delivery, incident and change management, business continuity planning, and risk management. Educational qualifications include a Management & Leadership Development degree from Hult Ashridge and a 1st class degree in Computer Science from the University of Limerick.
