Stephanie Hudson

Stephanie Hudson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in programme management and delivery, primarily at Aviva since October 2017. Currently serving as Head of Delivery, Stephanie has successfully led initiatives within the Digital & Innovation Programme, focusing on Proposition Development and launching various customer engagement tools. Previous roles at Aviva include Programme Manager for Customer Retention, where Stephanie delivered significant financial benefits, and Programme Manager for Product Governance, overseeing a high-profile regulatory change initiative. Prior to Aviva, Stephanie held project management positions at IPI Communications, a travel company, and Skanska. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Politics from Northumbria University.
