Nicole Wells

Nicole Wells is currently the Sales Director and Recruiting and Retention Specialist at Aviva Senior Living since March 2023. Prior to that, Nicole worked as a Human Resources Office Administrator at Smoothie King corporate from March 2022 to March 2023 and as an Assistant Manager/HR Manager at Walmart from August 2007 to April 2019. At Walmart, Nicole oversaw front end operations, cash office procedures, missed scan programs, and cashier HR issues, managed schedules, training, and new program implementation for 80 plus associates. Nicole also worked as an HR Manager at Fierce Threads from July 2012 to July 2014. Nicole attended Weatherford College from 2004 to 2005, studying Secondary Education and Teaching.
