Thiago Santana has extensive experience in maintenance operations and project management, currently serving as Gerente de operações de manutenção at Costa do Sauípe since 2018. Previously, Thiago held supervisory and coordination roles at Rio Quente Resorts, Indexer Indústria e Comércio de Máquinas Ltda., and Equiplex Indústria Farmacêutica.
