Jean-Philippe Doyon

Jean-Philippe Doyon has extensive work experience in finance and corporate advisory. Jean-Philippe is currently serving as the Vice President of Finance and IT at Avjet Holding since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at PwC Canada for several years, holding various roles. From 2009 to 2021, they served as the Director of Corporate Finance and M&A Advisory, specializing in mid-market transactions such as acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raise. Some of their notable recent transactions include the sale of Marine Press to Champlain Financial Corporation and the sale of Income Access to Paysafe. Before this role, they worked as a Senior Associate in the Accounting deal advisory and Audit & Assurance Group at PwC Canada. In 2007, they briefly worked as a Global Mobility Personal Tax Analyst at PwC Canada.

Jean-Philippe Doyon pursued their education at Concordia University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with a major in Accounting. Jean-Philippe attended from 2005 to 2008. After that, they pursued a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accountancy from Concordia University, which lasted from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jean-Philippe Doyon is also a Chartered Professional Accountant certified by CPA Canada (Chartered Professional Accountants Canada).
