Stephen Baker

Stephen Baker currently serves as the VP of Business Operations at AVK-SEG LTD since November 2023 and is an executive member at Pavilion since October 2020. Previous roles include Head of Revenue Operations at Kitt and Revenue Consultant at Shackle, both in 2022, as well as VP Business Operations & GTM at Festicket operated by Lyte, where Stephen exited due to the acquisition by Lyte in September 2022. Additional experience includes positions as Commercial Director at TuneRelease and Growth Advisor at LearnUpon, as well as a significant tenure at Eventbrite across multiple sales development roles. Stephen has also held the position of Chairman at BITA-X and served as an Academic Advisor in the Social Studies Department before transitioning to the private sector. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Criminology and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from University College Cork.
