Joel Hoffman

Joel Hoffman is an experienced process engineer with a career spanning over two decades. Currently, Joel is a Process Engineer at Avo Photonics. Prior experience includes multiple roles as Process Engineer at JDS Uniphase, OptronX, and Bell Labs, AT&T and Lucent Technologies, where Joel held the title of Member of Technical Staff (MTS) from 1991 to 2001. Joel's extensive background in the optical and telecommunications industries equips him with a strong foundation in process engineering.
