Jason Kirschner

Jason Kirschner has five years of work experience. Jason started their career in 2016 as a Human Resource Generalist at Ontime Staffing Solutions, where they managed the recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and relocation process for over 350 exempt and non-exempt employees. In 2018, they moved to Point Blank Enterprises, Inc. as a Training Operations Specialist. In 2019, they became a Talent Development Specialist at Shipmonk, where they helped the company become the 29th fastest growing company on INC 5000's list and a top choice of brands appearing on Shark Tank. In 2020, they became a Consultant Instructional Design at Verizon. Currently, they are a Program Manager - Design Masterclass at Avocademy (YC W22).

Jason Kirschner completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Lynn University between 2016 and 2017. Jason also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Psychology from West Virginia University between 2009 and 2014.
