Miguel Molina, MBA has a wealth of experience in the finance and accounting fields. Miguel began their career in 1995 working as an Internal Auditor for GRUMA. In 1998, they joined Mission Foods as Director of Budget and Strategic Planning & Analysis, where they provided leadership and strategic financial planning and analysis advice to the CFO and CEO. Miguel was later promoted to Director of Strategic Planning & Analysis, Director of Sales & Distribution Analysis, and Director of Sales and Distribution Accounting. In 2013, they established their own consulting practice, BReady Consulting, where they provided financial analysis to regional and Marketing and Merchandising companies. Miguel then joined Avocados From Mexico in 2014 as Director of Finance and Administration, and Ole Mexican Foods Inc. in 2014 as VP Financial Planning & Analysis. Since 2015, they have been serving as CFO for AFM at Avocados From Mexico.
Miguel Molina, MBA completed their MBA at Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business in 2011. In 2021, they completed an Executive Education course in Leading Digital Transformation at The Wharton School. In 2020, they completed Executive Education courses in The CFO Becoming a Strategic Partner and Essentials of Marketing at The Wharton School and Northwestern University, respectively. Miguel also holds an Accounting degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they received in 1994.
