Philip Owens is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in management roles within the industry. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Avocet Hospitality Group since September 2022, Philip previously held positions at Atrium Hospitality, including Front Office Manager III at Embassy Suites Hotel and Convention Center and All Purpose Manager at Residence Inn. Other notable experience includes various managerial roles at The Walt Disney Company, where responsibilities ranged from managing food and beverage operations with oversight of 300+ indirect and 16 direct reports to serving as Front Office Bell/Valet Manager at a premier 4-star hotel. Philip's leadership began with a significant role as CEO and Lead Pastor at Desert Light Assembly of God, managing operations for a church community.
