Dorothy Chestnutt's work experience begins in 2005 when they join PricewaterhouseCoopers Ireland as an Assistant Manager, a role they hold until 2010. In 2010, they move to Bank of Ireland as an Assistant Manager, staying until 2012. Dorothy then joins Wells Fargo Bank International as an Accounting Manager, where they remain for five years until 2017. In 2017, they transition to Avolon as a Group Accountant, and then in 2018, they become a Technical Finance Manager. From 2022 to 2023, Dorothy serves as the SVP Transaction Management at Avolon, before assuming their current position as SVP Enterprise Risk.
Dorothy Chestnutt completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics & Mathematical Studies at University College Dublin from 2001 to 2004. Dorothy then pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Accountancy at Dublin City University from 2004 to 2005. Subsequently, from 2005 to 2008, they attended Chartered Accountants Ireland and attained an Associate Chartered Accountant qualification. Lastly, they furthered their education at University College Dublin and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in UCD Smurfit Executive MBA program from 2014 to 2016.
