Rachael Nugent

Rachael Nugent is a seasoned professional in the insurance and operations sectors, currently serving as a Senior Insurance Analyst at Avolon since February 2022. Previously, Rachael held various roles at Ryanair from April 2016 to February 2022, including Operations Officer and Crew Control, alongside positions as a Customer Service Agent. Rachael began their career at SPAR from October 2012 to March 2016, advancing from Deli Worker to Supervisor. Rachael has also contributed as President of the Maynooth Access Society, creating opportunities for HEAR and DARE students, and as a leader in the Maynooth Access Programme, supporting disadvantaged and disabled students. Rachael holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Technology from Maynooth University.
