As Director of Operations and Strategic Initiatives, Erin works closely with leadership on planning and directing administrative and operational activities to ensure that efforts are driving maximum value for Avolve Sports – be it vendor selection, recruitment, research, short and long-term planning or product development.

Prior to Avolve Sports, Erin spent 12 years both in Finance and in the planning for and recruitment of high-level Finance professionals from Private Equity and Investment Banking to high-growth companies, where building the right teams was of paramount importance to both short-term, scaling goals and long-term company performance.
