Fellipe Brancaccio

Fellipe Brancaccio is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and diversity initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Talent Acquisition - Project Lead at Natura since March 2023, Fellipe focuses on recruiting leadership roles and has successfully led efforts for Avon’s new research center in Brazil, fostering a diverse candidate pipeline.
