Alvin P. has a diverse work experience in various roles related to Agile coaching, software engineering, and leadership. Alvin is currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Avontus Software, where they oversee the development processes and strategies. Prior to this, Alvin worked as a Sr. Agile Coach at Kaiser Permanente and provided thought leadership on Agile transformation and adoption in the Cybersecurity program.

Before that, Alvin worked at Sutnova as an Agile Coach/Consultant and Co-Founder, where they provided hands-on Agile and Lean coaching and training to various companies. Alvin also trained executives, management, and Agile leads on Scrum, Kanban, and Lean processes. Additionally, Alvin introduced iterative development, TDD, and Continuous Deployment practices to enable Agile transformation.

Alvin P. has a diverse education history. Alvin first earned a Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy from Luleå University of Technology, a three-year program which was completed between 1992 and 1995. Alvin then continued their education at the University of Skövde, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, majoring in Computer Science from 2000 to 2003.
