Gib Marquardt is a seasoned advertising executive with extensive experience in creative leadership. Currently serving as Co-Chief Creative Officer at Avrett Free Ginsberg since September 2014, Gib previously held the position of Group Creative Director at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide, where projects included major brands such as Wells Fargo, Puma, Google, and Shick. Prior to this, a significant tenure at McCann-Erickson from 1995 to June 2013 as Senior Vice President and Group Creative Director involved collaboration with renowned clients like Intel, AT&T, and Johnson & Johnson. Earlier career milestones include working as a writer and creative director at JWT from 1988 to 1995 on campaigns for brands including Motorola and Kellogg's. Gib holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Composition/Creative Writing and Mass Communication/Media Studies from Denison University, earned between 1981 and 1985.
