Mindy Yang

Mindy Yang is the Chief Engagement Officer and Co-Founder of the World Taste & Smell Association, which promotes the appreciation of taste and smell and supports those experiencing sensory loss. As the Founder and CEO of Perfumarie, Mindy oversees a retail lab and innovation platform for sensory-forward companies. Mindy also serves as a Technical Designer and Producer at AvroKO, focusing on olfactory branding and product development, and as the Founder of Harvest to Fork, a farmers' market supporting local producers. Additionally, Mindy has extensive experience in sensory design and product development through various self-employed roles, including an Immersion Designer and Olfactory Artist. Mindy is also the Proprietress and Farmer at Silverbrook Manor and the Founder of BotanaRX, a wellness product line. Mindy holds multiple degrees from Cornell University related to farming practices and has served as a Strategic Advisor for Vitales Parfums. Education includes leadership development through a mastery of Reiki practices.
