Michele Lima

Michele Lima has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and consultancy. Michele is currently a Non-Executive Board Member at Look Good Feel Better. Prior to that, they held the role of Director: Human Capital at Avroy Shlain Cosmetics and was an HR Consultant at both Avroy Shlain Cosmetics & Tupperware Southern Africa. Michele also worked as the Organisational & Leadership Development Manager at Tupperware Southern Africa. Michele has also served as the Director/Owner of ONYXX Human Capital. Their past roles include being the Head of Human Resources at Raizcorp, a Senior OD & HR Consultant at Glenrand MIB, and a Senior Sector HR Manager at Royal HaskoningDHV. Michele started their career as an HR Practitioner at Discovery Health.

Michele Lima obtained their Bachelor's Degree in HR Management/Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria, where they attended from 1995 to 1999. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Business Leadership at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, completing their studies from 2016 to 2020.
