Niels Finkenflugel

Niels Finkenflugel has over 14 years of professional experience. Niels began their career in 2007 as a Software Engineer at Micronas. In 2008, they joined TomTom as a Test Engineer and eventually became a Team Lead. In 2011, they were a Project Lead (METRO project) at ASML via Sogeti. In 2015, they became a 3rd party consultant (via Brunel) at DAF Trucks NV. In 2017, they became the Chairman and Secretary at Ciao Cycling Uden. In 2016, they returned to TomTom as a Customer Product Manager / Customer Solution Manager and Project Manager. Finally, in 2021, they joined Avular as a Product Project Manager.

Niels Finkenflugel obtained a HTS in Embedded Systems from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) between 2003 and 2007. Niels then attended Ohio University in 2007 to pursue High Performance Teaming and Action Based Learning. Additionally, Niels has obtained several certifications, including Product Focus Certified Product Manager from Product Focus in 2020, CATS CM Foundation from CM Partners in 2016, ISTQB Advanced - Test Manager from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in 2011, LPM-D (comparable with IPMA-D) from Sogeti in 2010, Certified PRINCE2 Practitioner from EXIN in 2014, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in 2013.
