Lucie P.

Lucie P. has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning over 17 years. Lucie began their career as an HR Assistant Branch Manager at Trenkwalder Czech Republic in 2008 and later worked as an HR department employee at Gambro Czech Republic. From 2008 to 2013, they held various positions at ManpowerGroup, including HR Project Management and Key Account Leader. In 2013, they joined PP&T consult as an HR Branch & Project Manager. Lucie then worked as an HR & Communications Supervisor at Nitto Denko Corporation from 2016 to 2019. Lucie P. served as an HRA Lead at Infosys in 2019 before joining Foster Bau, a staffing and recruitment agency, as a Guarantor HR and HR Advisor. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR at AVX Corporation. Throughout their career, Lucie P. has been involved in a range of HR activities such as recruitment, training and development, employee evaluation, employer branding, and project management.

Lucie P. has a diverse education history. Lucie started their education in 1998 at Gymnázium Zlín, Lesní čtvrť, where they pursued general studies from 1998 to 2006. Later, they attended Palacký University in Olomouc from 2006 to 2009 and obtained their Bc. degree in Sociology-Andragogy. In 2009, they enrolled at Masaryk University Brno and completed their Mgr. degree in Andragogy - HR management/Psychology in 2011. Lucie's education journey continued as they pursued a Diploma of Health Science - Naturopathy (based on WHO worldwide standards) at the University of Clinical Naturopathy from 2019 to 2024. Additionally, they obtained certifications in English language proficiency from OH Language Academy in Florida, United States. Lucie completed an intermediate level course in Miami, Florida, in October 2016 and further enhanced their language skills with another certification from OH Language Academy in June 2019.
