Francesca Antonini is a Managing Partner at Awair, an international network focusing on systemic transformation and people development. Francesca is also a Distributor & Hogan Certified Coach at Hogan Assessment Systems. With a background in consulting and leadership development, Francesca has held roles such as Senior Consultant at The European House-Ambrosetti and Leadership Development Services Regional Leader at Korn Ferry. Prior to that, Francesca was the Owner of Astaire and worked as a Consultant at Newton Management Innovation. Francesca has a PhD in Classics from Università di Pisa and additional degrees in Counselling and Mindfulness.
