Joanne L.

Joanne L. is a UX Designer at Awake Labs since May 2022, where responsible for leading the end-to-end user experience of digital products and wearable technology. Additionally, Joanne serves as a Designer for Ripple Foundation, contributing to the promotion of literacy by helping publish 21 storybooks through the Kids Write 4 Kids contest. Previously, as a Design & Marketing Coordinator at Summerhill Group from 2018 to 2020, Joanne played a key role in earning B Corp's Best for the World: Changemakers awards for two consecutive years, highlighting significant social and environmental impact. Joanne's education includes a User Experience (UX) Design certification from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies, completion of the Advanced Digital and Professional Training Program at Ryerson University, and an Honours B.A. from York University.
