Tom Foster

Tom Foster has extensive experience in military and logistics management, currently serving as the Military Ministry and Logistics Manager at C3 Church San Diego since November 2016. Prior to this role, Tom Foster served in various capacities within the U.S. Coast Guard, including Command Master Chief for Maritime Safety & Security Team San Diego from June 2013 to September 2016, and MSRT Force Manager and Command Master Chief for the Deployable Operations Group from October 2011 to June 2013. Tom Foster also held the positions of Operations Chief and Direct Action Section 2 Team Chief at the Maritime Security Response Team from July 2007 to October 2011, and Team Chief at the Maritime Safety and Security Team Los Angeles/Long Beach from April 2003 to June 2007, highlighting leadership and operational expertise in maritime security and counter-terrorism.
