Marco Gallardo

Marco Gallardo has a wealth of experience in the technology industry. Marco began their career in 2001 as a Senior Web Developer at Merkanet Consultores. In 2006, they became an Automation Specialist at Sinergia Servicios SC, where they created low-level financial process automation tools in Visual Basic for Applications in Excel and generated savings of over 120 work hours per week for Hewlett Packard. From 2007 to 2015, they worked at Hewlett-Packard in two roles: Automation Solutions Engineer and Business Process Analyst. In the former role, they managed projects aimed at increasing the automation and control level in the reporting department, and in the latter role, they managed process automation projects and efficiency processes through multiple platforms. From 2015 to 2018, Marco worked at J.P. Morgan as an Associate, where they provided solutions to technology problems and developed automation and information solutions to enhance the performance of their team. In 2018, they joined DECODE - Customer Strategy as an Intelligence Analyst, where they analyzed data from the 180+ Sam’s Clubs in Mexico and generated growth reports and customized analysis for the managers. Finally, from 2020 to 2021, Marco worked at Crossover for Work as a L1 Support Engineer and at Award Force and Good Grants as a Product Support Jedi.

Marco Gallardo obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de La Laguna between 2001 and 2005.
