Tom Halder

Tom Halder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and financial management. As a Realtor® at Award Realty since March 2015, Tom focuses on the sale of homes in the Sun City retirement communities and neighboring areas. Prior to this role, Tom served as Chief Administrative Officer and CFO at Container Components Inc from May 1995 to February 2015, managing the financial and administrative functions of a multi-plant manufacturer of plastic products. Tom began their career at Rantec Microwave Systems, Inc., progressing from Accounting Supervisor to Financial Controller from 1979 to 1992. Tom holds a Master's degree in International Management with a concentration in Asian Business and Japanese Language from the American Graduate School of International Management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a focus on Finance from the University of Northern Iowa. Tom also completed an Associate of Arts in Business Administration at Iowa Central Community College.
