Garrett Kraft

Garrett Kraft has a diverse work experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. Garrett is currently serving as the Director of Recruiting at Award Staffing since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of CEO at Phoenix Staffing Solutions from April 2021.

Before their role as CEO, Garrett worked at Lotus Technical from September 2019 to March 2021. At Lotus Technical, they served as the Business Development Manager, where they played a crucial role in bridging the gap between job seekers and organizations in the Engineering, IT, and Manufacturing industries. Garrett helped organizations streamline their recruitment processes and find the right talent. Additionally, they also served as an Account Manager, managing client relationships and ensuring their hiring needs were met.

Garrett Kraft attended The Ohio State University from 2009 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, focusing on General studies.
