Cole Finlayson

Cole Finlayson is a seasoned Lead Frontend Engineer at Awardco since March 2021, responsible for overseeing frontend architecture, hiring, mentorship, and management, while also addressing complex technical challenges. Prior to this role, Cole served as a Frontend Web Developer at Devmountain, where contributions included mentoring students and enhancing the web development curriculum, along with developing notable projects such as a fully functional React web app and a social media site for fashion. Earlier experience includes serving as Production Manager at Wasatch Carriage House Doors and Shift Lead at Provo Parks and Recreation. Cole holds a Certificate in Web Development from Devmountain and has a degree from Brigham Young University.
