Dillon Winspear

Dillon Winspear has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Dillon most recently worked as the Head of Product Design at Awardco since September 2021. Prior to that, they were a Board Member at Utah Valley University's Interaction & Design Program starting from August 2019. Dillon also founded their own company called Winspear Designs in 2013. Additionally, Dillon worked at Domo, Inc. from 2016 to 2021, holding multiple positions including Director of UX, Principal Design Manager, Sr UX Design Manager, Sr UX Design & Team Lead - Mobile, and UX Design - Mobile. Dillon also served as a UX Instructor at Lambda School from June 2019 to March 2020. Before that, Dillon held the position of Director of UX at plus11 from May 2014 to August 2016 and at Elevati from November 2013 to May 2014. Dillon also worked as Director of UX at Adoption.com from November 2013 to May 2014. Prior to transitioning into the design field, Dillon had experience in business development as the Head of Business Development and Business Development roles at Get Found First from September 2011 to November 2013. Dillon also founded and owned Exceed Reality from January 2012 to January 2013, a news hub for snowboarding, skateboarding, surfing, wakeboarding, and music.

Dillon Winspear earned a Bachelor's degree in Science Business Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho, which they attended from 2010 to 2013. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Bing Ads Accredited Professional from Microsoft in November 2012.
