Ryan Sudweeks

Ryan Sudweeks is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in enterprise sales and employee recognition technology. Currently serving in the Enterprise Sales role at Awardco since January 2021, Ryan collaborates with both large and prospective clients to redefine employee recognition. Prior to this position, Ryan contributed to HireVue from July 2017 to January 2021, promoting innovative AI-driven assessments and video interviewing solutions for notable companies such as LinkedIn and Intermountain Healthcare. Ryan's career at O.C. Tanner spanned nearly two decades, during which roles included Director of Strategic Solutions, Solution Consultant/Sales Engineer, and Account Executive. Ryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication from the University of Utah College of Humanities.
