Sam Norton

Sam Norton possesses a diverse background in product management and customer success. Currently serving as a Junior Product Manager at Awardco since August 2021, Sam has also contributed as a Product Marketing Specialist and Mid-Market Implementation Consultant. Prior to Awardco, Sam worked at Podium as a Customer Success Manager and at Crisp as a Senior Account Manager, where responsibilities included onboarding brands and developing a comprehensive training library. Experience also includes a role as a Training Supervisor at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, effectively hiring and training a substantial workforce, and a position as a Residential Treatment Mentor at Telos, focusing on personal improvement plans for youth. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University, completed in 2018.
