Frederick Kwame Ntim Boafo

Frederick Kwame Ntim Boafo is a distinguished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in various sectors. As the CEO and founder of the Young African CEOs Award since December 2019, Frederick has also established similar awards for other continents, creating a global partnership for recognizing leadership. Additionally, since May 2012, Frederick has served as the CEO of Freskan Resources, focusing on funding startups. Frederick holds the position of District Treasurer at the Presbyterian Church of Ghana since February 2016 and works as an Accounts Aid for CHASS E/R since July 2013. Furthermore, Frederick is the Executive Director of Broadlight International, an NGO dedicated to health, education, and youth development since May 2008. Academically, Frederick earned an MBA in Global Finance from Cass Luxembourg in 2017 and a Post Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship from the University of Cape Coast in 2011.
