Katie Stabler CCXP is the Founder and Director of Customer Experience at CULTIVATE Customer Experience by Design, a global consultancy established in May 2020, focused on enhancing customer care and delivering exceptional experiences. With extensive experience as a Customer Experience Consultant for various organizations, including EvaluAgent®, Fujitsu, and JT Group Limited, Katie has a proven track record in implementing successful customer experience strategies and supporting organizational growth. Notably, as Head of Customer Experience and Member Optimization at the Female Entrepreneur Association, Katie significantly improved customer retention rates and loyalty. Additionally, Katie hosts the UK Customer Experience Awards build-up event, CXTrendTalks, and has played pivotal roles in designing and delivering customer-centric frameworks at Lowell. Katie holds a Master’s degree in social policy, law and advice from the University of Staffordshire and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Sunderland.
