Raphael Hergge, CCXP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer quality and experience management across various sectors. Currently serving as Global Customer Quality Manager at Edwards Vacuum since July 2021, Raphael has successfully enhanced corporate Voice of Customer strategies and significantly increased customer insights, contributing to recognition as the #4 supplier in the semiconductor industry. In addition, Raphael holds a role as Ambassador and Judge at several International Customer Experience Award events and has a longstanding career at Nokia, where various leadership positions included Head of Customer Experience & Quality for Asia South, overseeing extensive customer improvement initiatives. Raphael earned a Master’s degree in Informatics from Technische Universität Wien.
