From 1999 to 2000, they were Director of Web Application Development at CenturyLink (formerly Qwest). From 1996 to 1999, they were Director, Interactive Media Services (iMedia) at Nationwide Financial. From 1988 to 1996, they worked at Nationwide Insurance in roles such as Regional Systems Manager / Organization Change Consultant and Programmer - Research Manager.
