Patrick Beal

Patrick Beal has a long and varied professional experience. In 2021, they began working as a Sr. Product Manager and Product Manager for Aware. In 2019, they joined Root Inc. as a Product Manager, where they led efforts to grow the company's total auto addressable market by 43% and expand the company's total renters addressable market by 125%. Patrick also established the company's first compliance product team. Prior to that, they were a Development Engineer, Automatic Transmissions and a Product Manager - Internal Crowdsourcing, Innovation at General Motors from 2017-2019. In 2016, they were a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at General Motors, and in 2015, they were a Mechanical Reliability Intern at Valero Energy Corporation and a Mechanical Engineering Intern at The Equity Engineering Group. In 2015, they also co-founded Leap Innovations LLC, a long-distance carpooling app for college students, which saved 12,000+ miles of driving and 10,000+ pounds of CO2.
