Ronald Lane

Ronald Lane has extensive experience in operations and manufacturing roles within the beauty, materials, and specialty chemicals industries. Ronald is currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Voyant Beauty, where they oversee the company's innovation and manufacturing capabilities. Prior to this, Ronald held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at Neenah, where they were responsible for global procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing operations. Ronald also served as the Senior Vice President of Global Manufacturing at Aleris, a global leader in aluminum rolled products, overseeing multiple production facilities and managing a Global Continuous Improvement team. Ronald has held various leadership positions at other companies, including Firmenich, Intercos SpA, Cytec Industries, and National Starch & Chemical. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their ability to drive operational excellence, lead teams, and achieve business growth.

Ronald Lane holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from INSEAD. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University. In addition to their degrees, Ronald Lane also holds certifications in the International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from NEBOSH and is a Professional Engineer (PE) accredited by Professional Engineers Ontario.
