Jenny-Lynn Gray has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Jenny-Lynn currently works at Aware Super as a Business Readiness Delivery Lead, overseeing a transformation program aimed at enhancing the member experience through digitalization. Prior to this, they served as an Organizational Change Lead at Transport for NSW, where they implemented change management strategies for a large IT transformation program. Jenny-Lynn also worked as a Lead Organizational Change Manager at Commonwealth Bank, managing change impacts and planning for various technical and transformation projects. At Optus, they served as an Instructional Design & Comms Lead, developing learning strategies for IT projects and delivering strategic communications. Before that, they founded and directed their own HR & Training consultancy called Teamworx. Jenny-Lynn also had experience as a Project Manager at HealthInSite, contributing to the development of a comprehensive risk management system for HIV/AIDS in Africa. Jenny-Lynn started their career as an Occupational Therapist, working in various healthcare settings such as Rand Mutual Hospital and JCI Limited. In these roles, they established rehabilitation units and led teams of therapists. Jenny-Lynn Gray completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Occupational Therapy/Therapist from the University of the Witwatersrand, which they attended from 1990 to 1993. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification in TAE40110 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Accredited Online Training in December 2012.
