Jo Elford

Jo Elford has a diverse and extensive work experience. They started their career in 2004 as a Membership and Events Manager at the Community Development Finance Association. In 2006, they transitioned to M&G, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Campaign Executive and Campaign Manager, responsible for managing marketing campaigns, media planning, and stakeholder management. From 2009 to 2010, Jo worked as a Marketing and Communications Specialist at Sinclair Knight Merz.

In 2010, Jo joined Sunsuper and held various positions, including Marketing and Communications Specialist, Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist, Brand Campaign Manager, and Brand Marketing Manager. In these roles, Jo oversaw brand marketing strategies, managed a team, budget, and external agencies. They also developed and implemented advertising campaigns, managed corporate sponsorships, and led the development of Sunsuper's employer marketing strategy.

In 2022, Jo worked as a Brand Manager at Insignia Financial, focusing on brand management. Currently, they are employed at Aware Super as a Senior Manager, Brand & Partnerships, where they oversee brand and partnership initiatives.
