Natali Askew

Natali Askew has a diverse work experience in HR and project management roles. Natali is currently working as an HR Business Analyst at Aware Super since 2023. Before that, they worked as a People & Culture Business Partner at Reckon from 2022 to 2023. In 2021, they held the position of HR Manager at Remediator, where they implemented HR processes and managed payroll duties. From 2020 to 2021, Natali worked at MetLife as a Workforce Transition - Junior PM, overseeing a project to improve customer service and managing the people and culture aspects of the transition. Prior to that, they served as a Delivery Management Coordinator at Rabobank Australia & New Zealand from 2017 to 2020, supporting the implementation of a digital transformation program and managing cross-functional teams.

Natali Askew completed a National Diploma in Project Management at National Training Pty Ltd in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Tourism and Travel Services Management from West Suffolk College, Bury. In addition to their education, Natali has also obtained certifications in Cultivating a Growth Mindset from LinkedIn and Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid Australia in November 2022.
